We spent yesterday evening at the NC State Fairgrounds to watch the fireworks. Unlike Woody’s first guest interview, it was an alcohol-free event. To compensate for this I ingested the following in under three hours:
Italian sausage with peppers and onions
Cheese fries
Watermelon
Carmel corn
Ice cream
Funnel cake
I feel heavier today. My wallet feels lighter. I think they may be some correlation there.

Once again Paul has outdone himself. That crazed, ecstatic look on Woody’s face in the first panel is awesome. Love the chest pelt too. This strip is a perfect combination of great writing and superb illustration.
