Jamie and I had a lot of fun developing this strip on paper. What we didn’t spend any time on was how challenging it would be for Paul to squeeze everything together. He did a fabulous job, as always.
I seriously considered “Stupid Woody Tricks” for the title of today’s comic. But I decided at the last minute that I liked the idea of getting the Bangles “Walk Like an Egyptian” stuck in your head. What? It’s not stuck in your head? Well, then, this oughta do it:

Hmmm … she changes at the drop of a hat … makes him jump through fiery hoops … sounds like a wife … could a relationship be in their future? She is way hotter than laptop-girl, especially now that Woody’s wife smells like a wino. I sense a dramatic turning point for Our Hero.
